NEULAND – The innovation day at KIT


Attention innovation enthusiasts: The NEULAND Innovation Day at KIT, which focuses on innovation and entrepreneurship, will enter its next round on June 12, 2024 – live around the Audimax at Campus South of KIT.

This year's event will focus on innovations that contribute to a greener, more digital and healthier future. Aspects that are described in the EU strategy as clear goals for a sustainable future. As an important business location, Germany plays a decisive role in this. KIT is therefore intensively involved in research areas to advance these goals.

For the first time, the Innovation Day builds a bridge between science, industry and art. With this interdisciplinary approach, we are supporting freedom of thought as the central theme of the Science Year 2024.

Program highlights


The stage program includes exciting speeches and discussions on the topics of innovation, transfer and entrepreneurship. In short speeches, the speakers will shed light on this year's key topics Healthier, More Digital and Greener.


In addition to our varied stage program, a large exhibition awaits you. Meet the program participants, the founding teams from the pitch, the nominees of the Innovation Contest or get in touch with contact persons from various institutes, networks and partners of KIT as well as the industry.


You can look forward to an exciting keynote speech by Alistair Hudson on the topic of Manufactories of Creative Intelligence. Alistair Hudson is Scientific and Artistic Director of the ZKM, the Center for Art and Media in Karlsruhe.
