ABOUT NEULAND
As an innovation brand, NEULAND stands for a number of instruments at KIT that are bundled under one roof. These include the annual Innovation Contest, the Innovation Magazine, the Innovation Day and the NEULAND Innovation Fund.
Innovation stands for creating new territories – new markets, products, technologies and services. Everything starts with an idea. At KIT, it is born in the laboratories and test rooms of the 150 scientific institutes and through the knowledge of the numerous challenges that have to be solved in all areas of life. One of the central tasks of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology is to bring these ideas to the market.
With NEULAND, we aim to make innovation at KIT understandable and come alive for you and contribute using the great potential of ideas, initiating cooperations and triggering commercial exploitation.
We appreciate your interest in KIT and NEULAND.
"KIT scientists, students and founders enter new territories every day and thus contribute to shaping Germany as a business location as well as our living and working conditions in a forward-looking way."
Prof. Thomas Hirth
Vice President for Innovation and International Affairs
