M. Sc. PHILIPP ENGELKAMP

Philipp Engelkamp studied industrial engineering at KIT and completed his master's thesis at BASF SE in Ludwigshafen in 2013. After graduation, KIT employed him as a research assistant and he was supported by the funding program "Junge Innovatoren BW". Likewise, he was supported by the program "EXIST Forschungstransfer". Since 2015, he is one of the founders and managing directors of the spin-off INERATEC GmbH in Karlsruhe.

Due to his background in industrial engineering, he is responsible for the areas of sales, finance and strategy as a member of the management board.

DR.-ING. TIM BÖLTKEN

Dr. - Ing. Tim Böltken studied and received his doctorate in chemical engineering from KIT in 2013. After graduation, he initially worked in industry before returning to KIT as a research assistant in 2015. In the same year, he became one of the founders and managing directors of INERATEC GmbH. The team building of the spin-off was significantly supported by the BMWI funding program "Young Innovators" as well as by the program "EXIST Forschungstransfer".

His competences are technical basics, customer contact and project acquisition. His fields of activity therefore include engineering and technical sales.

DR.-ING. PAOLO PIERMARTINI

Dr. - Ing. Paolo Piermartini studied and obtained his doctorate in Chemical Engineering at the KIT Institute for Micro Process Engineering in 2015. After his doctorate, he first worked in the chemical industry in the development of microstructure reactors until he joined KIT as a research associate in 2015. In the same year, he became one of the founders and managing directors of INERATEC GmbH. This was initially supported by the "Young Innovators" funding program, and since 2016 also by the EXIST research transfer program, which is used to bring products to market maturity.

His strengths lie in the technical field and chemical process control, so his areas of responsibility are engineering and research and development.
